Terms of use

3DParts.US. These terms apply when you use the site, request a part, or buy a part from a maker. Makers also accept the seller terms below.

The platform

3DParts.US is a platform connecting buyers with independent makers and sellers. It is not the seller or the manufacturer of any part.

Made to order

Custom 3D-printed parts are made to order. A request on the site is how you describe the part. It is not itself a finished listing.

Fit and measurements

You verify the fitment and the measurements. A printed part is not an OEM part. 3DParts.US is not affiliated with any RV manufacturer. A print is not a factory part and is not for a safety-critical job. You decide whether it is fit for your rig.

Quality, defects, and refunds

The maker or seller who sold a part is solely responsible for its quality, for fit as described, for defects, and for refunds, replacements, and return shipping. 3DParts.US does not cover returns, shipping costs, or refunds.

Report a defect to the maker within 14 days of delivery. If the maker does not respond, email [email protected]. We will try to help you reach the maker. That is not a promise of payment or a refund from 3DParts.US.

3DParts.US sets no restocking fee. A maker may state a return or restocking policy on the listing. That policy applies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, 3DParts.US's total liability for any order is capped at the platform fee it earned on that order. 3DParts.US is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where the law does not allow a limit, that law still applies.

Seller terms

A maker who lists or sells a part on 3DParts.US accepts these obligations:

Governing law

Indiana law governs these terms.
